Another permanent job opportunity.. this time for an office based sales support coordinator to help a team of nationwide field sales execs.Based on the outskirts of Hitchin, paying up to £22,000 with an extra quarterly bonus.Monday to Friday office hours with an early finish on Fridays.

Your job here will be to be the point of contact between customers and suppliers and the sales team. You will be working in an inbound and outbound sales environment, providing quotations, project updates, processing confirmed orders and liaising with stockists on prices and product queries. We would expect you to be confident with making and receiving phone calls and have a good ear for up selling opportunities.

Being at the heart of the sales team, you will naturally update and track project leads, attend meetings and the occasional exhibition or seminar.You'll collate and share sales reports and escalate any complaints through the required channels.

We are looking for a commercially aware, proactive person who:

- has working in a B2B sales organisation- is organised- has attention to detail- has a good range of IT skills- is good at finding solutionsIf you have any work experience from construction or engineering this would be an added bonus, but not essential.
