Tate are proudly working with Bristol City Council to recruit a Contact Centre Performance Analyst on a temporary basis. The role is paying between: £12.00 - £13.00 per hour depending on experience, and is based in central Bristol. This is a temporary position and your working hours will be 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

Your role will be to provide great customer service at all times and ensure that all calls or face to face enquiries are dealt with effectively and efficiently. In addition you will support with ensuing the team runs smoothly, monitor live performance and the team schedules. You will need to be able to demonstrate:· The ability to critically analyse data and information and present findings accordingly· The ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of people· Experience using Genesys WFM, CCPulse and Config Manager is desirable
