Role Summary:This position will be responsible for creating and delivering training content to support and enhance the structured training/education for our Distributors across EMEA. This position will look at the range of channels available (online and offline), develop and deliver targeted and effective materials in different formats e.g. event training, videos, e-learning, online, powerpoint, general marketing collateral etc.The overall purpose of this position/area is to provide consistent, targeted training at the right place and right frequency. The role will also require working collaboratively with sales & marketing teams across our local countries to understand any bespoke requirements and as well focusing on duplicating successful training/marketing from other countries/regions. As a result, the role is a hybrid of marketing and business development purpose. Ultimately this position will support and develop the Distributor knowledge of and engagement with the products and Business Opportunity.Organisational Relationships:· Regional / local sales and marketing team· Distributor focus groups· World Wide Technology · LegalSkills/ Education and Experience:· Educated to degree level or equivalent marketing qualification or industry experience;· European languages will be preferable but not a must;· Strong project management skills and flexible attitude; · Proactive, positive thinker, and goal oriented;· Good communicator at all levels;· Training content creation and management skills (essential);· Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office - Word for Windows, PowerPoint, minimum requirements);· Project management;· Able to work as part of an international team;· Service oriented, flexible;· Desirable if worked in a commercial training orientated role;· Previous Marketing experience;· Must be computer literature and numerate;· Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities with minimal supervision;· Flexible to travel demands when required;· Strong customer service and results orientation;· Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity;· Good insight and the ability to transfer this into soundly thought out training strategy;· Sound commercial awareness and good analytical skills;· Self-starter, motivated, organized, flexible and strongly goal oriented;
