I am currently recruiting for Customer Support Technicians, working for a developing software company as per below:

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Expected until June 2018

Pay Rate: £8 p/h

Hours: 09:00am - 17:00pm, Monday to Friday

Location: Eastleigh - no parking on site

Main responsibilities of the role:

· Understanding the Migration Process

· Making contact to schools to take them through the Migration Process

· Remotely Logging onto School computers to guide people through the process.

· Taking Calls from customers and taking some basic triage information and responding to their queries or escalating as required.

· General Administration surrounding

Person specification:

· I.T Literate

· Strong Customer Service skills
