Tate are proudly working with Bristol City Council to recruit a number of temporary customer service positions across various teams based in Bristol.

As the first point of contact for customer's your role is to ensure they receive a professional, positive and customer-focused experience. Within the role you could either be helping customers over the phone or face-to-face.

You must be able to demonstrate:

The ability to deliver excellent customer service through clear verbal and written communicationExcellent telephone mannerAbility to respond to a wide range of enquiries and requestsIT Literate

If you have proven customer service experience and pride yourself on delivering the best customer experience possible this role is ideal for you.

The working hours are Monday - Friday 9-5. This is a temporary role starting on the 22nd January 2018
