My client is looking for an efficient and dedicated Internal Sales / Account Manager that will thrive in a busy, fast-moving office environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role towards achieving the Companys realistic revenue and growth objectives, through direct liaison with customers, taking and processing orders, enquiries and quotations. The role will involve supporting and coaching the Sales Team and will in turn be supported by the Admin Team, also working closely with Despatch to ensure the best service for the customer.Responsibilities· Help manage customer base and process incoming sales enquiries/ orders via phone,· web or email· Co-ordinate and action outgoing pro-active sales calls to customers on a daily basis· Field incoming phone calls and either handle or transfer as necessary· Prepare quotations for customers and advise as required· Provide contact support for Field Sales· Commit to learning products and their uses to be able to provide an exceptional customer· experience· Assist in general administration including support for other senior members of the team· Updating databases etc. as necessaryRequirements· Confidence and efficiency in the use of the telephone· Good written and numeric skills· Excellent communication skills· Sales driven approach with competence to qualify and maximise opportunities· Proactive approach to quote follow-up and order close· Always prepared to work as an enthusiastic team member· Ability to manage and prioritise workload, completing tasks to an acceptable standard· Aspiration for progression· Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook. The company uses Orderwise as a software· Program for order processing for which training will be given.· Excellent communication skills· Self-disciplined
