Renewals Negotiator (Telesales) - St Albans - £22k.A successful and expanding company require a renewals negotiator to join their busy team. The role will be integral to bringing on new business and up-selling to existing clients. The successful candidate will have the following duties- - Promoting new features and benefits to existing clients- Up-selling company products and services to new and existing clients. - Preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts - Local market and competitor research analysis with the team- Ensure customer database is kept up to date with the latest information.- Working with other team members to ensure team targets are metThe ideal candidate must have experience in a similar role and a sales focused mentality. They will need to also have the following skills-- Self motivated and flexible - Strong organisational skills, great communication skills and phone manner- Previous telephones sales experience is an advantage- Must be a natural communicator with excellent negotiation skills.- High driven and enthusiastic.
