Customer Relationship Coordinator This prestigious client is looking for a Customer Relationship Coordinator to work in their central Winchester office. This is a dual role combining efficient administration with excellent customer service, providing a high quality service to their client base. The interesting and diverse role will require someone with precise attention to detail, strong organisational skills and a confident and adaptable approach to the job. The role: · Preparation of paperwork in line with compliance · Liaison with clients · Deal with all incoming calls· Meet and greet all people who enter the office· Processing/approving invoices · Maximise cross selling · Client visits· Efficiently deal with all enquiries · Post/Stationery · Create quality reports· General AdministrationYou will ideally have experience in a similar role and have advanced IT skills, including MS Office, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. You will have drive and determination to exceed client's expectations. Working Monday - Friday from 9.00 am until 6.00 pm, this will also include on a rota basis to work 1/3 Saturdays for a half day. You will need to be a team player, happy to take the initiative and a determination to increase the client base as part of a successful department. You will have your own car and full clean driving licence
