Tate have teamed up with Barnet Homes, one of the UKs top housing associations and are recruiting for a full time Senior Customer Service Representative
This position is a temporary ongoing contract paying £16.00 per hour
The post itself requires someone with experience of managing a team or senior experience in a contact centre
Alongside being the front line contact for the whole of Barnet Homes the SCSR will :
· Provide line management to 6-7 Customer Service Officers including task allocation, training, monitoring, support and supervision to ensure individual and team performance objectives are met
· Ensure that the technology provided in the Contact Centre including QL, Keyfax, Mears Appoint and Cisco is fully utilised to meet customer and business needs at every stage.
· Ensure that all relevant processes and procedures are followed correctly including those regarding compliance such as safeguarding, data protection and health & safety· Optimise efficiency and value for money in the repairs service by ensuring that repairs are accurately diagnosed, repairs policy is adhered to and orders are raised and passed on to contractor partners
