Do you have a passion for Customer Experience and leading teams? Can you demonstrate strong leadership skills with the ability to resolve customer escalations effectively? Have you analysed data for trend analysis within a customer experience environment?Times 100 company is looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader for an inbound Contact Centre. Must have experience in a similar role and have dealt with customer escalations.Required Skills & Experience:· Strong leadership abilities demonstrated in a similar environment - large Contact Centre· Ability to manage, coach and develop team· Managing, responding to and resolving high level customer escalations· Excellent communication skills - written and verbal· High level of accuracy and attention to detail· Natural relationship builder, good empathy and logical thinking skills· Calm and focused under pressure· Good I.T. skills - in particular MS OfficeMain Duties:· Team management· Allocate daily workload· Weekly and monthly reporting of stats to senior management· Supporting team with resolving customer escalations - coaching, offering advice· Responding to escalated complaints using the correct company style and investigating root causes of problem· Monthly 1:1 meetings with team· Building excellent relationships throughout the businessPlease submit your CV in MS-WORD format
