Are you an experienced complaints handler looking for a new opportunity?Tate are working exclusively with a rapidly expanding company based in Nottingham City Centre who are currently looking for an experienced complaints handler to work with them on a temp to perm basis. You will be responsible for call handling, dealing with and rectifying any customer complaints with a first call resolution. With this being a contact centre environment we need you to be flexible to work any hours between 8am and 8pm and you will also be required to work every third Saturday.
