A Service Administrator based in Chessington with an exciting and well established company that specialises in business communications and managed services.Salary £20,000-22,000. Permanent position with opportunity for an immediate start.This role is ideal for someone able to provide exceptional customer service while working well as part of a team and on own initiative. You should be able to provide administrative support and possess excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and suppliers.You will be responsible for:- Managing the customers experience- Managing systems and tools and updating them with accurate information- Assisting the service team to ensure the highest levels of customer service- Managing bookings- Managing communication between customers and manufacturers- Representing the company in a professional manner at all times- Maintaining all documentation between the manufacturers- Processing all requests in accordance with the correct procedures- Ensuring delivery dates are managed and communicated to all stakeholders- Processing all service related quotes and send to the customer, retrieve the Purchase Order and manage order through to delivery- Providing administrative support to the services team including the compiling of data and production of reports and statisticsTo be considered for this role you must:- Be organised and able to prioritise- Have strong Microsoft Office skills- Be able to demonstrate commercial understanding/acumen- Possess a valid passport and driving licence- Have a logical, detailed orientated approach to problem solving- Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, be able to communicate at all levels, and specifically communicate regarding technical issues in a non-technical manner- Be able to communicate at all levels with both technical and non-technical project stakeholders- Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy- Work well under pressure, be self-motivated, and able to multi task and prioritise- Be able to be flexible and take on a variety of tasks as required, working well with a small team- Be able to maintain a smart appearance at all timesOur client is seeking someone self-motivated and organised with the ability to act as a first line of contact within a team that is expanding.
