The SDC will be responsible for ensuring the activities of the Service Desk are completely focused on customer satisfaction and clear and effective communication to customers. The SDC is expected to report Service Desk Performance KPIs into Senior Management and will work proactively to ensure Rapid Response, Service Continuity, and Service Availability and to ensure Service Level Agreement targets are achieved.
