Our client an international company based in the Eastleigh area is currently looking to recruit a Quality Administrator to join their team. Working within their friendly operations team this is a varied role that would suit someone with previous experience within a quality administration role.
Role: Quality Administrator Where: Eastleigh Salary: c£22-25,000pa
Responsibilities will include:
- The documentation and updating of internal procedures- Promoting internal procedure compliance- Delivering companywide training/ guidance related to internal processes and compliance- Managing the identification and resolution of internal non-conformances - Facilities continuous improvement projects- Arranging collections of customer returns- Confirm and invoice all dispatched orders daily- Producing quotations within agreed timescales and standards- Archiving of paperwork 1-2 times per year when necessary
You will need:
- Previous experience within a similar role- Good communication skills- The ability to work as part of a team- To be flexible in your approach- ISO 9001 experience/ qualifications- Confident IT skills including Microsoft Office
