Customer Services Executive - Watford - £18-20kA rapidly growing and established company in Watford is looking for experienced Customer Service Executives to join their busy and expanding team. The role will deal directly with client enquiries and will consist of the following duties- - Dealing with customers via phone, email and live chat. - Updating customers on the progress of their orders.- Arranging bespoke documentation and quotations.- Updating Customer information on the in-house system. - Attending client meetings, shows and events.The ideal candidate will need to have the following -- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - with a polite phone manner.- Highly competent in Excel- Ability to work well under pressure- Experience in a similar role is essentialThis is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress their career in customer services.
