I am currently looking for a switched on Office Administrator for a boutique architecture firm based in London Bridge. The company has a real family feel and everybody works collaboratively. The role is paying between £23,000-£30,000 depending on experience. The position does require someone with InDesign experience.
The duties:- Receptionist duties such as meeting and greeting, setting up meeting rooms, transferring calls- Handling all post and couriers- Keeping the office tidy and stocked e.g. coffee, fruit, cleaning products- Helping with meeting preparation- Booking travel for staff and helping with iternarys- Helping organise social events- Filing and maintaining archives- Managing all subscriptions for magazines and any other online subscriptions- Creating a knowledge library- Ordering all office supplies, Friday lunches, stationary, printing materials etc.The benefits:- A warm friendly team who all work collaboratively- Friday lunch and other events - 20 days holiday + bank holiday - A break when the office is closed over ChristmasIdeally looking for immediately available candidates who have experience or an interest in working within an Architecture firm.
