£16'000 - £17'000 dependant on experience.

Responsibilities include:· Answer all incoming call enquiries in an efficient, expedient and customer focused way, ensuring that the customer receives a caring and professional service at all times.· Handling complaints from customers · Attention to detail when Talking with customers· Achieving KPIs and Targets· Ensuring the all details are checked for possible fraud indicators.

Essential:· Front line customer support · A strong negotiator and influencer· Computer skills (including the Internet)· Good communicator with strong interpersonal skills
