An exciting and rewarding opportunity has arisen to work for a well established organisation, based in Potters Bar as a Customer Service Administrator.
This is a permanent opportunity paying a competitive salary and offering a fantastic career opportunity for the right candidate. The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
The client is responsible for administering a variety of policies such as Pension, Life and Health.
The Role:You will be ensuring all customers and their queries are handled in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring you always put their needs first whilst ensuring that data protection is always adhered to.
Your duties will include:- Provide product information to customers and undertake tasks that meet agreed Company standards- Update and maintain the database, ensuring all details are accurate- Answer incoming calls and ensure they are resolved within agreed time-frames and ensuring the database is updated with this information- Resolve any complaints and queries within company guidelines- Contribute and participate as a member of the customer services team to support continuous improvementSkills and Experience:We are looking for people who have fantastic customer service skills, are able to multitask and have excellent team working skills.If you have worked within a regulated environment previously, this will be an advantage but is not essential.
You must be able to demonstrate: - Clear communication skills both verbal and written - Confident IT skills - The ability to deliver excellent customer service - The ability to follow and work with processes - A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
