Operations Coordinator


Our client is looking for a Operations Coordinator for there office in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will hold a strong background within administration and customer service.

Job Description

As a Operations Coordinator your duties will consist of:

  • Prepare Sales order documentation for despatch
  • Maintain accurate communication on CRM system
  • Arrange international transportation to the UK
  • Match Purchase orders and returning efficiently and smoothly
  • Liaise with suppliers and hauliers on a daily basis
  • Email management and general administration duties
  • Update all customers on a order progress

The ideal candidate will hold:

  • Good attention to detail
  • Proactive and self motivated
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A good understanding of MS packages
  • Strong analytical skills
