Our client is looking for a Operations Coordinator for there office in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will hold a strong background within administration and customer service.
As a Operations Coordinator your duties will consist of:
- Prepare Sales order documentation for despatch
- Maintain accurate communication on CRM system
- Arrange international transportation to the UK
- Match Purchase orders and returning efficiently and smoothly
- Liaise with suppliers and hauliers on a daily basis
- Email management and general administration duties
- Update all customers on a order progress
The ideal candidate will hold:
- Good attention to detail
- Proactive and self motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- A good understanding of MS packages
- Strong analytical skills
