Due to expansion my client is recruiting for an Inbound Customer Service Advisor to join their Central Support Team based in Leicester. You will join a vibrant team of individuals who all enjoy delivering an outstanding customer experience. This is a permanent position paying £17,500. The working hours are 8am to 6pm Monday - Friday on a shift basis. Please note that this role will involve working 1 Saturday morning in every 4 weeks paid at overtime rate.

Responsibilities:

· Handling incoming/outbound calls from customers including, placing orders, delivery and payments.· Ensuring customer requirements are fully understood and actioned.· Dealing with customer enquiries for service and repair in a courteous manner.· Handling customer objections and successfully converting enquiries.

Key Attributes:

· Excellent telephone manner and effective communication skills.· Ability to prioritise and organise.· Positive attitude and a flexible team player.
