You also accrue holiday as you TempThe Role:You will be supporting the administration and servicing of numerous policies whilst ensuring that you deliver on your promises and ensure that the customer is always treated fairly. Your duties will include:Ø Providing effective customer service whilst complying with regulatory guidelines for each and every taskØ Identifying and escalating any issues to your manager in a timely mannerØ Completing administration tasks within agreed timescales working through processes and utilising a number of systemsØ Working in collaboration with other business functions to complete any requests from policy holdersØ Helping and supporting customers with a variety of policy updates and requestsØ Ensuring that the policies are administered efficiently through attention to detail and accuracySkills and Experience:We are looking for people with a positive outlook, who can adapt to change whilst maintaining honesty and integrity.If you have worked within a regulated environment previously, this will be an advantage as ReAssure takes the data protection of their customers seriously. You must be able to demonstrate:Ø Clear communication skills both verbal and writtenØ Confident IT skillsØ The ability to deliver excellent customer serviceØ The ability to follow and work with processesØ A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
