Customer Service Advisor
Temporary - Permanent
£9 - £10 per hour dependant on experience
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to work for a well established company in Hemel Hempstead. If you have good customer service skills and the ability to build relationships, this is the role for you.
This role requires someone who can deal with customers in a courteous, timely and professional manner, whilst maintaining the highest of business standards.
Key responsibilities -
Processing customer orders through to invoicing
Resolution of invoice queries and customer disputes
Management of customer credit blocks and accounts on stop
Working closely with the finance team to collect payments from customers

Key qualities and skills needed -
Previous customer service or sales order processing experience
Must be pro active and motivated
Must be self sufficient, professional, polite and enthusiastic
Attention to detail is essential
Adaptable and quick thinking
Excellent rapport builder
Ability to multi task
Experience using Word and Excel and SAP
