Key responsibilities:-
· Sales order processing including returns and credits.
· Answer all customer queries received by phone, email or letter.
· Circulation of reports to internal sales team.
· General administration.
Skills and Attributes:-
· SAP desirable.
· Ability to work effectively under pressure & prioritise workload
· Excellent communication skills.
