Recording Purchase Ledger Invoices awaiting authorisation onto excel
Checking group Skill For Life refunds and posting onto Sage purchase ledger
Checking and posting into the purchase ledger examiner/trainer expenses
Posting additional expenses
Posting authorised invoices onto Sage
Raise refund cheques
Maintaining daily banking, checking cheques and ensuring totals agree before banking
Scanning and E-Mailing credit card statements to employees
Opening and distributing of post for the Finance team each day
Filing and general administration support
Person Spec
Experience of general administration in an office environment and the ability to problem-solve
Previous experience in an accounts an advantage
Bookkeeping / AAT desirable not essential
IT Literate in Microsoft Office 2010 or 2007: Word, Excel , Outlook and Internet Explorer
Knowledge and Experience in using databases
Use of packaged accounts software for ledgers (e.g. Sage Line 200) desirable not essential
Numerate and literate with good attention to detail
