Office Support Assistant - Full Time - Central Southampton - Immediate Start
Monday - Friday
Free Parking
This role is to provide first line administration support to the office team including telephone. The successful candidate will have a flexible can do approach.
Minimum 3 A-Levels - but may be Graduate level
· Assisting with general office duties such as answering the telephone
· Filing
· Scheduling books and records, dealing with Box-it
· Deal with day to day correspondence - incoming and outgoing post
· General office maintenance and management
· Data entry and scanning of case documents as required
· Typing when required
· Copying and mailing out creditor circulars. Completion of certificates of postage where necessary
· Diary and appointment management
· Visitor management
· Setting up meeting room as required
· Updating CRM with new contacts and jobs
· Planning, organising and running marketing events
· Attend quarterly communications meetings
· Sending out letters to accounts about adverse data
· Liaising with CST regarding any IT problems
· Liaising with HR on general office matters
Other adhoc administration tasks as and when required
· Effective use of IT including Excel, Word, Outlook, & VC - with training where required
· Self-motivated
· Able to organise and manage time efficiently and effectively whilst being flexible
· Confident can do attitude with good communication skills
· Professional manner including good interpersonal, telephone and written skills
