6 months contractStart date - ASAP'£22k - £25k Guildford, SurreyOur client based in Guildford, is seeking an experience Finance professional to initially join a fixed term contract for 6 months.

Duties include:Ø Receive and respond appropriately to calls and email inquiries from Customers, Vendors and Associates.Ø Process supplier invoices for purchase orders and overheads invoices.Ø Check and process expense claims from associates and independent consultants, both billable and non-billable.Ø Ensure Aged Creditors is maintained and accurate.Ø Process customer sales order invoices and credit memos, verifying for accuracy. Ø Monitor for sales orders not invoiced and follow up with appropriate person to resolve and invoice the customer.Ø Perform credit control duties to include communicating with and chasing clients for overdue payments, shortages and overpayments of invoices.Ø Review, produce and send out customer statements.Ø Resolve client queries and requests in relation to invoices and payments.Ø Prepare, post and apply bank receipts to customer invoices and reconcile credit card payments.Ø Prepare for approval, payments to vendors using on line banking and distribute remittance advices.Ø Enter data into the computer, verify accuracy of data and reconcile as required.Ø Assemble reports, compiles data, reconciles, summarizes records/reports manually or using basic computer skills and distributes reports as requested.Ø Assists the other members of the accounting team as required.Ø Support the management team on any ad-hoc administration requests and perform other related duties as assigned by management.Ø Maintain relationships with suppliers to procure goods and services.Ø Liaise with central US Finance team on any issues as appropriate.Requirements:Ø Experience with the Microsoft Office environment including Excel, Outlook and WordØ Business experience in an office environmentØ Accounts experience using computerised accounting softwareØ High level of interpersonal, communication, customer service and organizational skillsØ Detail-oriented producing accurate workØ Strong communication and organizational skillsFor further details, please contact the Guildford Tate office
