Customer Service Administrator
A leading global engineering provider situated in Banbury has an opportunity for a well rounded Customer Service Administrator with outstanding customer service skills to join their small, warm and friendly team.
A key part of this role is to develop and maintain relationships with customers.
Job details:
Manage post sales activity including goods returned
Liaise with factories globally to obtain PO's
Manage the quotation process
Work closely with the warehouse to produce customer invoices
Follow up customer requirements including shipments, supply, schedules & delivery pattern
Be a point of coordination between customers and planners
Support with engineering projects
Skills and knowledge required:
MS word and Excel
Sage line 50
Attention to detail
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
Must also have ability to work on own initiative
Self motivation is key
Must be a team player
Ability to prioritise
