OVERALL ROLE PURPOSE ·
Provide value added and efficient, customer-focused general HR administrative support to the business. · To support the Head of HR Services to develop and implement process improvements within the HR Services Function, making use of any available systems · To be responsible for running key HR analytic.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES HR Systems & data Integrity Be the departmental expert on the HR system and make recommendations for better use of the HR System. Ensure the HR system is updated and data is 100% accurate, and proactively run data audits and data integrity exercises. Set up new starters on the HR database and amend as necessary ensuring data is kept up to date. Ensure all changes to employees conditions are updated on the system. Process all leavers on the HR system as required. Reporting Produce the monthly Headcount report for distribution. Maintain and provide monthly and year to date reports on the key performance indicators (KPIs) as required. Develop and produce standard and ad-hoc reports as required. Support the HR Division with data requests, including working with the HR Operations Team to ensure they have the correct data/Management Information needed to manage divisional activity and casework. Recruitment and Selection Help arrange the Select5 Assessment Centres working with agencies and direct candidates. Carry out all administration for Select5 including booking rooms and assessors. Assist with the facilitation of Select5 days. Undertaking reference checks and obtaining documentation ensuring the eligibility to work in the UK Produce offer letters, contracts of employment and any other relevant documentation to candidates/new starters within the SLA time frame and quality standards. Ensuring all new employees are issued with correct contractual terms and conditions and to act as first line point of contact within the HR function.
