Tate have teamed up with Barnet Homes, one of the UKs top housing associations and are recruiting for a full time complaints handler
This position is a temporary, ongoing contract paying £12.00 per hour with candidates looking for a long term assignment in mind
The post itself requires someone with very high level of administration and the ability to deal with complaining customers, both written and spoken
The ideal candidate is someone who is able to work on their own initiative, carry their own workload and adapt to situations accordingly, maintaining professionalism whilst upholding the values and ideals of Barnet Homes at all times, also, someone who is a real "Team Player" as this is an extremely busy team and workload often gets passed around
Complaints handling experience is not essential but is preferable
