We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate professionals to join a supportive and friendly Customer Service team in Nottingham city centre. The contact centre is a fast paced environment, so you will need to be positive and adaptable to change whilst delivering a high level of customer service at all times. Tate have a number of permanent opportunities available across a variety of working patterns.
Ikano Bank want you to tailor the service you offer their customers, so you will need to be able to work independently to make sure the right outcome is delivered, but equally youll be comfortable working together with your team to improve the customer experience across the bank.

Acting as a key point of contact for existing and new customers, you are expected to provide an unforgettable service to our customers each and every time.
Youll use your communication skills and questioning techniques to build rapport, trust and gain your customers confidence.
Youll quickly identify your customers needs and meet those needs whilst managing their expectations appropriately.
Your role will include processing credit applications, updating account information, investigating account queries and carrying out all transactions and processes accurately.
Maintaining a commitment to the company vision, youll work within the spirit of the organisation, ensuring that fair treatment of customers is central to everything you do.
