Our client on the outskirts of Exeter is looking for a bright and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident individual to work as first point of contact for successful, well established company. Suitable candidates will have a proven background working in an inbound customer service team/contact centre, be a clear communicator and have strong IT skills. Knowledge or past experience in either financial or medical services is highly desirable.
Main responsibilities will include:
.Offering an exceptional customer experience to all callers
.Maintain and update customer service policy databases
.Processing client queries and claims
.Positively promoting the company with the quality of your work
This role is best suited to a highly organised individual who pays attention to details and enjoys building good relationships. In return for your skills and commitment, our client will offer you a starting salary of £17,500 with additional benefits - increasing after a successful probation period.
