Our client based in Brighton are the UK regulator of work based pensions, for a permanent Facilities Adviser, £27826.
You will be responsible for ensuring a cost effective facility management services that meets business needs and ensures legal and best practice compliance.
Naturally you will have previous facilities experience and be BIFM and IOSH/NEBOSH qualified.
Duties to include:
- Ensure compliance with the Government's Estates Strategy and National Property Controls.
- Provide management analysis of facilities data.
- Ensure all spend is within budget.
-Carry out general post room duties.
- Book meeting rooms and external events, arranging travel and accommodation, document archiving, arranging security passes and car park co-ordination.
It is essential that you have previous facilities management experience and best practice, with strong customer service and helpdesk environment. Building regulation principles and BIFM and NEBOSH essential. This is a full tim role working Monday to Friday, 9-5pm flexible working, superb benefits, pension
