Office Administrator
A global technology recruitment firm based in Waterloo, are looking for a new Office Administrator/Business Support Assistant to join their team. This role will suit a candidate with recent office experience and the core aim of this role is to provide essential support across the company, to ensure that the company operates effectively. The successful candidate will have lots of initiative, be proactive and dedicated to doing a task well.
General Office Administration/Support
· Responsible for dealing with incoming telephone enquiries: Referring calls
· Stationery/Office Supplies orders/Monitoring stock levels
· Post/Couriers
· Meeting Room diary management
· Meeting & Greeting clients
· Filing/Archiving
· Office First Aider/Fire Marshall
· Business Cards - organising printing
· Organising office events
· Mailshots when requested

HR Administration
· Monitor and record office attendance
· Create new starter packs - documents
· Assist creation of HR Letters: New Starters/Leavers/Contract of Employment
· Update Fire Register
· Assist with maintaining personnel and sickness records

PA Duties
· Senior Management/Directors: Diary Management
· Staff travel: Flights/Hotel/Train/Taxi bookings/Airport parking
· General ad-hoc requests
· Formatting client proposals

Finance Administration
· Petty cash reconciliation
· Credit card statement reconciliation
· Staff Expenses
· Send Office invoices

Sales Administration
· Formatting CVs for sales team
· Document Presentation: Client/Candidate proposals
· Database administration e.g. Adding contacts/Document
· Arranging prizes/events for sales activities
