Customer Service Executive - Borehamwood - Temporary position - £12-£13 per hour
We are currently recruiting for a customer service executive on a temporary basis which could be extended to a fixed term contract for up to a year. The role involves:
-Being the main contact for key UK accounts in a B2B role
-Dealing with all queries from clients by phone and email
-Supporting customers from order to delivery
-Managing complex issues such as delivery issues and ensuring resolution of them with a proactive approach
-Ensure all queries are investigated and resolved
-Delivering the highest quality customer care
-Manage all orders for accounts you are responsible for ensuring on time delivery and accurate data information
The right candidate for this role will have:
-Strong customer service experience
-Previously worked in a B2B position
-Excellent knowledge of SAP
-Previous experience working with Microsoft Excel
-Strong communication skills both verbal and written
-Organised with a great attention to detail
-Analytical and accurate
