Customer Service Manager
Potters Bar
Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm
1 in 3 late night shift during the week 11am to 8pm
Alternative Saturday 9am to 4pm.

Job Spec
· Provide excellent standards of service and communication Verbally , written and electronic
· Set team KPIs to improve and maintain Customer Service
· Monthly 121 meetings with staff to mentor and train them
· Working with management to deliver profitable growth
· Conducting yearly team Appraisals
· Handling escalated complaints
Person Spec
· Experience of managing a contact centre team
· Motor insurance experience is preferred
· Excellent customer service and communication skills
