Tate recruitment are currently working in partnership with The Think Money Group for customer service advisors for their offices based in Trafford Park. The customer service advisor will be working within the Banking Team, responsible for providing an outstanding level of service to all customers. Ensuring all queries are dealt with in an efficient and accurate manner.Responsibilities:The Customer Service Adviser Level 1 is responsible for providing an outstanding level of service to all customers. They must ensure customer queries are dealt with in an efficient and accurate manner, with fair customer outcomes at the heart of everything they do.1. Taking calls from Think Money Personal Account customers in order to deal with any account queries that they have, to include, but not limited to:o External transferring of customer funds.o Ordering of cards, PIN reminders and paying-in books.o Amendments to contact details as requested by customers.o General balance and transaction enquiries.2. Ensuring that good customer outcomes are promoted at all times.3. Operating within quality guidelines and external regulators, specifically the FCA.4. The timely reporting of any complaints and/or suspicious activity in line with company policy and procedures5. Ensuring that all work carried out is to the highest standard, in line with the policies and procedures set out by Think Money.6. The protection of client privacy and commercial confidentiality.7. Attain & maintain competence under Think Money Groups Training & Competence Scheme.8. Reach and maintain Key Performance Indicators expected of a Level 1 Customer Service Advisor to required standards and specified timescales9. Carry out all duties in a manner that reflects Think Money Groups values at all times.10.
