Your responsibilities within the role here are:

. Answering and responding to incoming telephone calls. Responding to invoice and delivery queries. Accurately recording customer specifications. Producing customer quotations. Processing sales orders and invoices. Sending out sample requests. Building nice working relationships with existing customers. Learning the company's product range and materials
