Are you able to drive a team of people in order to deliver outstanding results and a high level of customer services? If so then please carry on reading as this role based in Horsham, West Sussex may be for you..
You will need to have management skills within a customer services/call centre environment and really enjoy building and managing a team of people through KPI's
the role is a 35 hour week and is worked on a shift basis of earliest being 08.00 latest being 20.00, this company offer fantastic benefits and real career progression
