New role for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to work for a lovely company on the outskirts of Hitchin (near Stevenage)
This is a permanent role that works the hours of 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday paying upto £19,000

Job Responsibilities:
. Processing in the region of 4000 invoices a month
. Matching invoices to purchase orders
. Liaising with suppliers and managing queries as required
. Reconciliation of the monthly statement to the supplier ledger
. Issuing monthly payment to supplier
. Ensuring all supplier returns are completed
. Ensuring credit note to returns report is completed within the given time frame
. Excel V Look Up
This position is available immediately. Its not a career role, but perfect if you want to put a good days work in, Monday to Friday without having to take the worry of work home with you.
