Opportunity to join a large Purchase Ledger team near Stevenage.
This is a permanent position, office hours Monday - Friday paying up to £19,000

As a Purchase Ledger Clerk here you will have your own responsibilities and accounts to look after.
You will be part of a supportive team where everyone pulls together to ensure the accounts are run efficiently and that suppliers and internal departments are given a courteous service.
There is a good management team here too and this company generally have very good staff retention.
. Processing in the region of 4000 invoices a month
. Matching invoices to purchase orders
. Liaising with suppliers and managing queries as required
. Reconciliation of the monthly statement to the supplier ledger
. Issuing monthly payment to supplier
. Ensuring all supplier returns are completed
. Ensuring credit note to returns report is completed within the given time frame
. Excel work including V Look Up (training can be given)
This position is available immediately. Its not a career role, but perfect if you want to put a good days work in, Monday to Friday without having to take the worry of work home with you.
