Customer Service Adviser

To provide excellent customer service with the objective that the customer will recognise and recommend the service provided whilst contributing to our business objectives

· Building and maintaining effective customer relationships and providing excellent customer service ensuring smooth customer journey

· Understanding and matching Society products and services to customer needs; contribution to business targets

· Understanding and adhering to Society procedures and compliance requirement; getting it right first time every time

· Working effectively within own team, other Society departments and supporting wider community

Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 4 GCSE passes Grade C or above including Maths and English

Customer service experience

Demonstrates accuracy

Time management

Cash handling

Organisational skills

Minimum must haves:
