Tate are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join their client based in Milton Keynes on a Permanent basis working within their Inbound-New business department. This position is paying 22k and is offering full time hours on a shift basis which are as follows;
Week 1 - 9am - 5pm
week 2 - 11:30am - 8pm
1 in 3 Saturdays from 9am - 1pm. Once worked, a half day on Friday will be given back to you
Purpose of your role;
-To work from a high volume of inbound leads that are obtained from a combination of Direct Mail/Websites leads and a third party
Main responsibilities;
-To combine strong product knowledge with excellent negotiation skills to identify and convert sales opportunities
-Regularly achieving sales, service and productivity targets
-Respond to and follow up sales and/ or service enquiries using appropriate methods of communication
-Ensure workloads are completed and delivered by required deadlines
Experience required;
-A successful background of working within a Customer focused/sales environment
Skills needed;
-Ability to work in a team environment
-The ability to deal with customers over the telephone in a confident and professional manner
-You will be a highly motivated individual who has the ability and determination to consistently over achieve on targets

Training;
-There will be a full 4 week training period which will be a mix of classroom and on the job
-No leave should be taken during this time. However, the occasional pre booked day will be ok
