Are you a self-motivated Customer Advisor who has a passion for outstanding customer service?
Our client an upmarket supplier based in Ferndown are looking for a B2C Customer Advisor to join their Customer Service team on a permanent basis. This company creates quality products and are extremely passionate about their brand and their customers.
The role based near Ferndown will provide support including:
· Deal with inbound calls from customers and provide exceptional customer service
· Offer advice and solutions on products
· Be recognised as a product expert and build trust with customers
· Identify opportunities to increase revenue and repeat purchases
· Inspire customers through passion for the brand and products
The idea candidate will need to have:
· Strong communication skills both written and spoken
· Computer literate
· Previous customer service background
