Tate are currently seeking experienced, enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are fluent in Italian, for Customer Service Representative Positions in Trafford.

PermanentSalary: £27000 - £29000 dependant on experience.

Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm

Key Responsibilities: · Account ownership and management of customer relationships (internal and external). · Discuss issues with customers, employing methods of resolution such as negotiating lead-time, alternative ship points, etc. · Interact with salespeople, customers, logistics personnel as needed to minimise errors and customer complaints and investigate where appropriate.· Proactively track and facilitate resolution of customer related quality concerns ensuring sensitive and timely feedback to customer. Review sales order blocks report.Knowledge, skills and abilities:· Fluent in English and Italian· Good working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.· Thorough Inbound customer service background· Professional ability to handle customer problems and needs.· Exceptional inter-personal skills and use of these skills in a demanding and fast paced customer focused environment.· Problem solving skills and techniques.If you believe you have the above skills set then apply today for an immediate interview.
