Autoglass® is the UKs leading vehicle glass repair and replacement company, serving more than 1 million motorists each year - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Tate are working in collaboration with Autoglass® and are recruiting for talented Customer Service Advisors to work in their impressive offices located in Bedford.

We have a number of temporary to permanent positions available to start in August 2017. The role at Autoglass® has a variety of working patterns available, although flexibility is a must between the hours of 12:00 and 23:00.
This fantastic opportunity has an hourly rate of £7.61 per hour and you will also accrue holiday pay as you work. The permanent salary is approximately £16,000 with an OTE of £22,000 including commission, plus an attractive benefits package.

The Role
You will be the first point of contact with customers in a busy, high volume, friendly and supportive contact centre. You will need to correctly identify their needs and action any requests accordingly. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to all Autoglass® customer first time, every time.
Your duties will include
o Ensuring that all calls are answered within agreed timescales and handled professionally
o Provide accurate information and guidance to customers regarding the products and services of Autoglass®
o Support all opportunities to increase sales and develop the business of Autoglass®
o To actively promote and arrange Autoglass® services (e.g. Mobile service, Glass repair, Lifetime guarantee) and support the customer throughout their experience with Autoglass®
o To understand where applicable, the technical aspects of all products used by Autoglass®
o Accurately record and update customer information and ensure that the Data Protection Act and Autoglass® processes is adhered to at all times
Skills and Experience
We are looking for people with a passion for working with others, who enjoy liaising with customers and strive to deliver excellent service. You must possess excellent communication skills and a desire to be successful and progress through the business.
If you have worked within a customer service or regulated environment previously, this will be advantage as the data protection and delivery of service to their customers is a priority for Autoglass®
You must be able to demonstrate:
· The ability to deliver excellent customer service through clear verbal communication
· Confident IT skills
· The ability to follow and work with processes and systems
· A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
