My client are a leading business within distribution up and down the country to conveience stores;This is a part time and permanent role
You must commit to working Saturdays as well as hours during the week;
Tuesday/ Wednesday and Thursday 1300 to 1800
Saturday 0630 to 1500
23 hours per week
Salary; £22,400 pro rota
Advantageous;previous experience within a fast paced environmenthave previous experience of dealing with high volumes of complaints on a daily basis.Experience of resolving complicated complaints and queriesOther Qualities:Passion for delivering excellent customer serviceNumerate and literate with the ability to pay close attention to detailPrevious experience of a customer service orientated environment ideally in a contact centre environment handling complaintsAbility to multitask and prioritise work effectively with a flexible approach.Can make timely and quality decisions.Competent user of Microsoft packagesOrganised and MethodicalExperience assisting with change managementPositive, upbeat demeanourVarious retailer discounts and reward schemes
