Global company based in Watford looking to expand their in house Customer Service Product support team
Role will consist of -
- Responding to Customer enquires concerning products and trouble shooting
- Keep up to date on product knowledge
- Ensure on target for compliance and call quality standards
- Follow up and manage administration to achieve team targets
- Strong customer service skills
Ideal candidate
- Must speak Fluent Afrikaans as this is based in the support team for South Africa
- Strong customer service with an empathetic approach
- Technical mind set with experience in a similar trouble shooting / helpdesk
