Do you have experience in debt management, arrears, payment plans, or telephone-based customer accounts ?
Our Horsham based Public Sector client is urgently seeking Accounts Coordinators to join their friendly team on a short term temporary basis.
Working full time, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, for an expected period of 2-3 months, you will be responsible for answering incoming enquiries in regards to customers accounts. Duties will include arranging payments, organising payment plans, chasing outstanding debts and providing an efficient telephone based customer service.
To be successful in this role you should have :
Excellent communication skills
Telephone based customer service experience
A helpful and professional manner
Any experience within debt management, or arrears would be beneficial.
