Customer Service Advisor, Location: Whiteley, Salary: £17,000
Working for an established brand this role would be perfect for anyone who enjoys customer contact and can process large volumes of information with a high degree of accuracy. You will be the first point of contact for corporate accounts and account managers so an excellent, confident telephone manner is would be essential although full training is provided.
Main duties will include· Handling incoming telephone calls and the departmental order email In-box· Processing and monitoring orders to ensure delivery dates are met· Input of collections on behalf of customers· Investigating customer queries/ liaising with other departments · Updating and issuing customer back-order and stock reports as required· Liaising with external sales team on account issues and updates· Clear queries by the end of the day · Offer support / help to team members where possible· Gaining feedback from customers on our service· Continuously looking for ways to improve our service Essential Attributes· Excellent telephone manner· Excellent communication skills· Ability to prioritise and work under pressure· Good Knowledge of Excel preferred
