Tate are currently working in partnership with South Central Ambulance Service NHS Trust and are seeking to recruit a number of 999 /111 Emergency call handlers on a temporary to permanent basis, for their call centre based in Bicester. This role is a in a busy, focused environment, handling calls from members of the public regarding emergencies.
It is a challenging yet very rewarding full time role working shifts over 24 hours.

To apply for the role you must be:
-a good communicator with an excellent telephone manner
-able to work calmly and under pressure
-organised with proven administration skills
-able to multitask and have good attention to detail
-computer literature including in MS Office packages?
-keen to learn new skills and develop

You will be required to complete a six week fulltime training course in NHS Pathways. This covers full training in systems and then supports coaching in the call centre environment. You will be awarded an NVQ level 2 once training is complete.

Please note that you must be at least 18 years of age to apply for this role. This restriction is in place due to the night shift working required for this role.

This role will attract an unsocial hours allowance of up to 25%.
